I have expressed my love of frozen bananas a few times already, but I tend to forget how delicious heated banana can be too. Enter, Banana Boat! You aren’t going to want to miss this one. It’s my new BBQ staple!

Ingredients:
Bananas (As many as you need. I suggest 1 per person.)
Chocolate chips, butterscotch, peanut butter chips, mini marshmallows, sweetened coconut…you get the idea

Foil
Directions:
- Choose your bananas. As with most recipes involving bananas, a few spots are good.
- Slit the bananas lengthwise.
- Stuff them with any combination of toppings you desire. I used peanut butter and chocolate chips. Mmmm!
- Wrap the bananas in foil and place on the grill. Grill with the cover on until toppings get melty and delicious. It only took about 5 minutes for ours.
- Eat with a spoon.
You know you can’t wait to try these! The peanut butter and chocolate turned all gooey, but the peel of the banana holds it all in beautifully. I love the person that thought of this wonderful idea.

You need an ‘after’ picture! I want to see what they look like when they are grilled.
Ha! I thought of that, but they taste about a million times better than they look so I didn’t want to scare anyone away!
I am going to try it on friday!!!
My mouth is watering
I love love love these! They remind me of camping, we used to make them with rolo and wrap them in foil and put them in the fire. Just delicious.
Mmmmm! I think I’ll have to try Rolos next!
