Because I don’t eat red meat, we eat a lot of chicken in this house. Sometimes I feel like I’m stuck in a rut with my recipe rotation, so I was quite excited when I saw this pin. It lists 50 easy and delicious chicken breast recipes all in one place. Wohoo! I decided to peruse the list and give one a try. First up, Easy Garlic Chicken.

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 garlic cloves , minced
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
Directions:
-
Preheat oven to 500°F and lightly grease a casserole dish.
-
In small sauté pan, sauté garlic with the oil until tender.
-
Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar.
-
Place chicken breasts in a prepared baking dish and cover with the garlic and brown sugar mixture.
-
Add salt and pepper to taste.
-
Bake uncovered for 15-30 minutes depending on the size of your chicken breasts.

This recipe is certainly easy. I whipped it up in no time! It was good too; though I’m not sure that this is something you would want to eat before a date. Those four cloves of garlic will keep vampires away. I’m definitely looking forward to trying more recipes from this pin.
